       Running our Daily Sales numbers from the previous sell day through our tracking system and transferring that into an Excel report. Also, running any reports requested from Salesmen, my direct supervisor, our GM, and the president of the company. Working with 50+ suppliers on a daily to weekly basis setting up events, donations, and also any new product set ups they may have come out with. Those suppliers include companies such as: MillerCoors, Boston Beer, Mike’s Lemonade, Guinness, and many more. I handled requests from our 1200+ customers ranging from small town taverns to chain corporations in setting them up in our systems and making sure their requests were heard and dealt with. Tracking our entire Point of Sale Room. This room was filled with items from neons, metal signs, tap handles, glassware, to small display enhancers equaling to a value of $200,000+. Tracking included inventorying once a month and reconciling any discrepancies. Tracking also included the daily job of pulling each item on order for the next day’s delivery and ensuring they all had the proper approval. Any items that were received in I would name and get set up in our company system, also going through bills that we received and setting up those items with a price to be compliant with all State Liquor Laws.Handling on Chain pricing, including navigating all retail websites and pricing forms in order to ensure all invoicing matches to our current deals and promotions.  Navigating between coworkers to get the things I needed done was a big part of all the areas of my position. Trained as a back fill for all office positions in case someone is sick/on vacation.
