• Athletic Marketing Intern

  As a marketing and fan engagement intern with Arizona Athletics, I served as the primary lead for Women's Golf and Women's Tennis during the 2021-2022 season, carrying out creative elements and gameday presentation. Some of my duties are to develop marketing plans for each sport as well as digital strategies, and manage marketing budgets for each sport. Maintaining high attendance was also a goal of mine, in which we had the highest announced attendance since the 2019 season. I also worked as a secondary lead for Women's Basketball, assisting with gameday experience and on-court presentation.During the 2022-23 season, I served as a lead intern in our internship, coordinating intern office hours and game schedules, as well as curating meeting agendas and training for our newer interns. I served as the primary intern for Volleyball while assisting with on-field operations for Football and both Men's and Women's Basketball.   During this internship, I gained skills such as sales experience and customer relationship management, selling season and group ticket packages for Football, Volleyball, and Women's Basketball at the University of Arizona. I also frequently used software such as Paciolan and Salesforce to maintain accurate call logs and status updates to customers' profiles and payment schedules. Over the course of the 3-month internship, I grossed over $5,000 in sales between all 3 sports.

  As an intern for CATS Student-Athlete Development, I helped organize and oversee community service events for over 500 student-athletes, while also auditing and assembling participation records for NCAA compliance. I've been able to maintain 91% student-athlete participation rate through social media and our volunteer platform, HelperHelper, while leading outreach efforts for event coordinators, teachers, and other local officials to create interest in community events put on by the Athletics Department. This position also entailed creating monthly reports by sport containing participation rate, volunteer hours, and upcoming events for each sport, as well as curating social media content and helping student-athletes find/participate in community service events.
