At BSI Aretta stood out as someone who would always go that bit further to get a job done. My particular interactions with Aretta were in relationship marketing using the Sales Force CRM system. When we delivered marketing, perhaps a webinar, event or conference, Aretta would manage things and track the results, then make improvements.
