If you need a fast learning, extremely emphatic and loaded with this "inner fire" - person, than go with Arek! Let's be more detailed and honest. I don't know what was more fun: 1) Quality of his QA: the extremely fruitful & detailed documentations of the bugs, his suggestions for solution from the business prospective or the hints, there is already the solution for this issue, he saw it in the backlog and linked the tasks already :) OR 2) His passion for bringing the remote team together in recurring meetings, business related, team related - no matter the reason, he pushed them with all his energy.
