Which will be need within the progress of project.• Review payment certificate for the subcontractors which submitted from the site & check the progress of works before submit to the finance department.• Prepare productivity Report to check the labors cost impact within the progress of project. • Prepare labors Weekly Cost Report in order to study the Actual Cost Vs Budget. • Monitoring the Actual Cost for Running Cost (Staff, Direct & Indirect labors & equipment) and informed the management about any expectation to exceed budget in order to do corrective action in the right time.• Monitoring the cost consumed per activities VS the project progress.• Prepare the Monthly Cost Report, included Budget, Revised budget, Actual Cost , Balance Cost & Expected Cost at Completion.• Complete the cost value reconciliation report CVR with Finance dept. • Make Early Warning to avoid any overrun on the actual cost of project, negotiate that with project manager for further improvement.
