Arduino is an excellent leader. I have been working under his guide & supervision for 1.5 years now. He is rather a mentor than a boss to me. He encouraged and inspired me for my creative writings, he's very considerate about setting realistic goals and gives reasonable dates to complete those goals. Plus, he is a good listener and always pays attention to the details. On top of that, Arduino is a great motivator. He instills positive energy, I feel empowered to work under his guidance.
