Where do I begin? There are so many layers to Ardis - However, her strong work ethic and willingness to help others is astonishing. She's always looking to make others feel wanted and supported. In the office, this has contributed to our office culture as she is a complete ray of sunshine. I think this is one of many important traits of someone in learning and development. You need to want to help others and Ardis is always first in line. We're so extremely lucky at Volker Stevin to have such an amazing individual on our team.
