  I Work At PT. HGT as Stock opname (SO)* and was assigned to SO at DBS Bank. As a technical support engineer for and assigned to a place (DBS Bank) that is experiencing problems then provides solutions and resolves problems/troubleshooting experienced by users. Troubleshooting that I have handled are (Setup Laptop user for WFH, Update Windows, Update Bluespider, Delete Old Profile, Wifi not detected, Check External Keyboard, Check Printer data card, Cant Connect Internet, Update Java, Setup VPN, etc.). Replacement of old PC to new PC + Back up data from old PC and transferred to new PC + New PC settings (eg BIOS, connect to printer, etc) and occasionally solve problems experienced by users there (AHM Jakarta). Onsite server At BPJS * SO (I checked items such as cisco phone (serial number, Mac address, manufacturer, model, and user), monitor (model and serial number), pc (serial number and user / hostname), laptop (serial number and host name) ) In the assigned company. Saya Bekerja Di PT. HGT sebagai Stock opname (SO)* dan ditugaskan untuk SO Di Bank DBS. Sebagai techical support engineer untuk dan di tugaskan ke tempat (Bank DBS) yang sedang mengalami problem kemudian memberikan solusi dan menyelesaikan problem/troubleshooting yang di alami user. Troubleshooting yang pernah saya tangani yaitu (Setup Laptop user for WFH, Update Windows, Update Bluespider, Delete Profile Old, Wifi tidak terdeteksi, Check External Keyboard, Check Printer data card, Cant Connect Internet, Update Java, Setup VPN, Dll). Penggantian pc lama ke pc baru + Back up data dari pc lama dan Di pindahkan ke PC baru + Setting PC baru (misal BIOS, connect to printer, dll) dan sesekali mengatasi problem yang dialami user disana (AHM Jakarta). *SO ( saya cek barang seperti cisco phone (serial number, Mac address, manufacture, model, dan user) , monitor (model dan serial number) , pc(serial number dan user/hostname), laptop(serial number dan host name)) Di perusahaan yang ditugaskan.
