I had the pleasure of working with Arden as part of our Operations org, where she consistently raised the bar in terms of what could be achieved in sales operations. Her work ethic is top notch and she set new expectations for the team in terms of what could be achieved within each workflow she oversaw. She was always quick to grasp which initiatives would be the most leveraged for the organization, and how her work would impact downstream teams, which she then optimized for.
