In order to guard the concept and initial ideas, Lingotto often remains the owner after development.As a developer, I aim to create sustainable, as well as aesthetically pleasing places that enrich the surrounding city. Not only by adding homes, but whatever is needed to bring back life in old buildings and (abandoned) parts of cities.Besides working on improving the DNA of our company, I'm working on several acquisitions and projects, such as:- Smakkelaarspark next to Utrecht Central Station: being my favorite project, I'm taking my responsibility to make our promises and ambitions to the municipalty of Utrecht come true. From day 1 in the bidding process until the end of the development phase.- NDSM A6, Amsterdam: entire process from the acquisition of industrial halls until the end of the redevelopment phase.- Haarlemmer Stroom: urban redevelopment project of monumental buildings into a new cultural/business hotspot in Haarlem- Exclusiva (Hamerkwartier), Amsterdam: within a management contract between Lingotto and owner Buro Amsterdam, we are working on the redevelopment of former industrial halls to a mixed, dense, new neigborhood with 400 apartments, a primary school and several light industrial halls within the plinth of the plot.
