      I worked in this company in my first and second year of university, between June2009-October2009 and June2010-October2010. I work as a insurance assistance. Inchcape is related with some insurance companies in Europe. Inchcape takes care of the people who are insured with this companies. I deal with the problems of insured people when they come to Turkey. This problems can be medical or technical. For example when their cars broke down, i arrange the tow car, rental car, hotel, etc. If they have a medical problem, i send them to hospital and take care of them. I report everything about insured person to their companies.
