The Met Dining is a student run restaurant located at TRSM. The Met Dining features Canadian, European, and French cuisines. For the first time in Toronto Met history, The Met Dining is participating in this year’s Toronto Summerlicious 2022. The Met Dining provides an experiential learning experience to Hospitality and Tourism Management students, while guest are treated to fantastic food and drinks at an extremely fair cost. As an All-Rounder at The Met Dining for Summerlicious, I was able to:- Managed the POS and CRM systems and entered 50+ orders with zero errors. Helped train other staff to use the technical systems.- Memorized menu items and helped guide guests to their ideal dining experience.- Onboarded and delivered exceptional client service to 50+ customers during peak times.
