  In 1994 Exchange Bank purchased Dumac Leasing and we became part of the bank. The owner of Dumac Leasing, John Dunning worked for several years after the purchase to insure a smooth transition of ownership. In 1999 I was offered this position to grow broker business as Mr. Dunning was winding down his involvement with the company. This has become the major part of our business.

  Dumac Leasing was an independent lease company with the ability to fund in house, broker, and discount transactions. As the manager I had the responsibility of working with clients, vendors, and referral sources to develop new business. In addition, I was responsible for collections and occaisionally went to court to enforce our agreements. The time I spent at Dumac Leasing was educational and honed my abilities. We lived by our wits and often learned new a better ways to accomplish desired results. Show less
