I was responsible for ensuring that the condition of the entire middle toilet cubicle in the male facilities did not rise above the management-prescribed standard. I was instrumental in initiating a station-wide policy shift with regards these standards, and won the incredibly coveted KFC Golden Employee Standards Development Award with my work to move our station from a HSE "Needs Urgent Attention" certification to the much more prestigious "Must Improve (Public Danger)" status. I was instrumental in initiating a station-wide policy shift with regards these standards, and won the incredibly coveted KFC Golden Employee Standards Development Award with my work to move our station from a HSE "Needs Urgent Attention" certification to the much more prestigious "Must Improve (Public Danger)" status. We were very close to achieving the lowest band of quality certification ("Continuous Breach of Basic HSE Hygiene Policy Leading to Actual Loss of Life"), thus potentially initiating criminal proceedings against my employer and necessitating the move to a WC-less food service, thus ultimately reducing our annual expenditure on amenities budget which would be diverted to more profitable exercises, such as a staff break room with 52" plasma television and an array or all the most recent games consoles, however my employment was unfortunately terminated due to a disagreement arising during my ongoing contract negotiation, mainly concerning the scope and direction of my duties.
