I was incredibly lucky to have Archana as customer success manager for a large implementation we worked on in 2020/2021. Archana could not have been more supportive and gave us 24/7 support. I don’t know how Archana had time for other customers with the personal and in-depth support that she gave us. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough for her thoroughness and hands on approach to problem solving.
