Utilizing team effort to improve patient progress and limitations with fellow rehab team of PTA, OT, OTA, SPL, and rehab manager to provide a holistic approach in rehabilitative session. • Documentation of therapy notes, progress notes, updated plan of care, and discharge summary using Casamba software.
