Implemented Fortis Operating Systems (Operational Quality Improvement Indicators) Project Lead (PSM & FOS) with Mckinsey & Co, Delhi (Jun 2007 to Sep 2008) Worked as a subject matter expert for a high impact project to bring in cost efficiencies, that was partnered with Mckinsey & Co. The scope of the project was to bring about tangible bottom line impact by way of achieving cost savings on procurement of material supplies & services.
