   End to end turnkey interior design solution.  Completed 14 residential, 6 commercial, 3 terrace garden and 1 Food outlet projects. • Visit clients to determine their design requirements, made the interior design plan in line with budget, keeping in mind the visual display and physical space available, and presented it to client for approval. • Created drawings and models to scale, and managed the project schedule by coordinating with the contractors; paid site visits and reviewed and inspected work. • Planning interior infrastructure such as lighting, air-conditioning, communication cabling and preparing drawings, samples & technical specifications. • Making changes to designs & drawings and advising on hiring trades people for designing furniture or fittings. • Working with contractors from the early stages of designing till its completion and keeping up to date with trends in interior design. • Inspecting field sites on daily basis to observe and evaluate site conditions and feasibility for construction / modifications, availability of resources and facilities, and to collect field survey data and measurements. • Analysed the detailed drawings and coordinated with sub-contractors for various fabrication works, oversaw installation, selected and supervised carpet arrangements in line with the interior design scheme. • Directed the insetting of tiles, covering of cement wall and positioning of wall paintings; oversaw the installation of the false ceiling. • Managed the fitting and installation of various accessories, fixtures and, oversaw paint works and wall coverings, art work and furniture in accordance with the design.
