Arcellia is an absolute rockstar and words fail to fully capture her commitment to excellent work, her drive to achieve team goals, and her positive disposition which make her a joy to work with - even when you're doing hard things. I have had the pleasure of being her direct report for over a year and she is so diligent in solving any problem thrown her direction while also being unafraid to share her perspective if she has a suggestion that would improve the overall outcome. I have never worked with someone so willing to take on a challenge and find a way to make it happen with little instruction or only an end goal to guide her. She studies the organization she's working for and the longer she is with you, the less information you have to give her in order to achieve phenomenal results. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a strong team member with an eye for operations and process along with design and polish. In fact, I would say to anyone interested in working with her, please prepare to give her the space to produce, to problem solve, to create and you will learn that she can achieve better outcomes than you would have thought to ask for - that is how great she is.

It was my pleasure teaching Arcellia Project Schedule and Cost Management at UCLA extension as part of Program Management Certificate. Arcellia was one of the most focused students I met. Arcellia had the ability to grasp difficult project management concepts and express them coherently and in details during her assignments and presentations. Arcellia demonstrated very solid leadership skills, balancing between great respect to others and speaking up to explain her point of views to lead the team to success. I think Arcellia is naturally a servant leader. Throughout the class Arcellia was an active participant in all discussions and group activities. I highly recommend Arcellia and I am sure she will be successful in any career path she chooses.

I am a practitioner instructor with the UCLA Extension School of Technical Management in the Project Management Program. We are affiliated with the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Arcellia Budiman was in my Winter 2023 Project Management Capstone X 444.6 class for which she received a grade of Excellent A+. This was a mixed mode course with 8 sessions on-ground and 3 via zoom. I recommend Arcellia for your organization. As Arcellia’s instructor, I had an opportunity to observe her participation and interaction in class and to evaluate her knowledge of the subject matter. She is a good student in all respects. Arcellia is a dilligent contributor. She frequently goes the extra mile to make her team work products excellent in every respect. I personally witnessed Arcellia's project management skills improve during this course. She also enjoys life and her work. I am confident she will grow into a strong member of any team. Arcellia is well equipped to learn from the challenges she is presented with. Her patience, listening ability, and friendliness prepare her beautifully for your organization. I recommend Arcellia Budiman.
