  This program was designed by Festivo (PT Semesta Realitas Indonesia/www.festivo.co) to train and develop digital talent with the skillset needed to develop collaborative platforms in the metaverse world. Internship students from a background in visual communication design, product design, information technology, programming, or game application technology will be directly involved in a project for 6 months, apply framework design thinking, have the opportunity to develop soft skills, get mentoring opportunities and have fun and egalitarian discussions with mentors who have 6-16 years of professional experience. Competencies that will be developed are: Applying a Design Brief, making concept art, design thinking, communication and coordination skills, and also designing characters
