Ensure active interactions with key stakeholders Such as Students, Parents, Professional bodies, funding agencies, employers7. Managing staff, induction, and succession Planning8. Augment classroom learnings with Value added courses/ MOOCs and adequate Co-curricular activities for students, Industry-Institute Interaction, and Placement activities 9. Ensure research proposals are submitted by faculty for funding agencies every year and fund project meets defined objectives10. Work towards NBA Accreditation of the department11.
