I was Aravind's mentor in his master project. It was a pleasure to have this role. Aravind is an intelligent person, able to understand and use complex mathematics. He made a good integrated model and did useful tests. His report was well written. He has an orderly mind. Furthermore, he is friendly, cooperative, and eager to learn. He also showed good presentation skills. He will perform well in any engineering development team!

My professional responsibilities entail overseeing user documentation, personnel training, system service packages, and process improvement for the Nedstack PemGen portfolio and FCS-XXL stacks. I am currently involved in several ongoing projects, including: - PemGen CHP-500: Leading the development of comprehensive user documentation, maintenance program, and service personnel training package. - PemGen CHP-500 System Testing: Managing the complete test program with data processing and providing feedback to system engineers as necessary. - PemGen MT-100: Developing a maintenance program and service personnel training package. - PemGen MPU: Leading the development of comprehensive user documentation and maintenance program. In addition, I have recently completed the following projects: - PemGen MPU: Developed version 1.0 of the user documentation. Nedstack FCS-XXL Gen 2.8 stack: Updated user documentation. - PemGen MPU test site: Collaborated with application and field engineers to set up a PemGen test field for demonstrating the MPU-20 DC system to project owners. Developed a site plan for future systems based on local regulations and client requirements. Show less

Designed and implemented a computational model of a 10kW PEMFC and its Balance of Plant in MATLAB Simulink. The primary objective was to produce simulation outcomes that deviate by no more than 10% from those obtained from testing a 10kW PEMFC system (benchmark), enabling control engineers to validate control strategies before implementing the software in the physical system. The Agile methodology was followed to develop the computational model. The project yielded the following results: - Successfully accomplished the project objectives, including simulation and validation of the developed FC system model with the benchmark system. - The developed model strikes a balance between simplicity and precision, resulting in brief simulation times and less than a 10% variance between simulation and experimental results. - The simulation model provides a robust foundation for prospective improvements, system optimization, and as a reference for future projects focused on FC stack and balance of plant modeling. As part of an exceptional team of editors and writers, I contributed to the growth of an automotive media website to unprecedented levels. My primary focus was on enhancing organic traffic through the development of innovative and technical content, which in turn increased the overall revenue from advertisements. Notable achievements during my tenure included: - Consistently attending prototype road-tests to produce detailed and technical product reports. These reports were a product of my creative abilities, mastery of the English language, and extensive experience in vehicle behavioral assessment. As a result, they were well-received by a wide range of businesses and customers. - Collaborating with manufacturers to provide valuable feedback on future products and strategies, thus demonstrating a keen interest in engineering and technology. The objective was to identify gaps in the after-sales service process of Jaguar Cars at a dealership level and provide possible recommendations to streamline the process for faster throughput and better quality of service. The project was concluded with submission of several recommendations that were received with positive feedback and enthusiasm for implementation. The objective of the project was to provide recommendations on improving the order-to-delivery process followed by Volvo Buses India, with a goal of improving throughput by at least 15%. With access provided on the workings of Volvo Buses Global, I analyzed the differences and gaps between the order-delivery processes of Volvo Buses Global and Volvo Buses India. Results of the analysis with possible recommendations were discussed with the project lead and process managers to improve the processes. The feedback was positive as it provided a solution to increase throughput of a company in a highly competitive business. Show less
