It's rare you come across a simple and humble person .I have known Aravindan during my work in specialist services. He's a gem of a person , technically sound in HSE practices and was one of the key personnel to implement HSE systems in specialist services.Like a true soldier he was always available to give a lending hand and always go out of his way . Always on the hunt for continual improvement he upgraded his skills with a NEBOSH diploma.I am happy to recommend him and believe me he's an asset to any team .

I am currently working with Mr. Aravindan M, He is our HSE lead. He is always supportive and kind person. He has in-depth practical and professional knowledge of HSE field. He has great potential to manage people and to deal with challenging situations. It is quite amazing that he has involved and managed multiple projects at the same time without sacrificing the requirements/needful of each. He knows how to manage/handle all Safety team. He is very supportive, reliable, patient, excellent team worker, functions well under time pressure, professional attitudes, dedicated to professionalism & highly motivated towards goal achievement. He is the kind of man that will support you till the end. He is knowledgeable in international standards and well versed on HSE matters and one of the most proactive persons that I ever known when it comes to safety, and most important he is the Boss that will not allow his subordinate to stay low and also he is eager to make everybody on his team well trained and educated as an HSE Professional. Since he is also an ex-Airforce officer, his dedication towards the work is appreciable.
