It was an absolute pleasure having Aravind on my team during his time at the University of Texas-Dallas. I had the privilege of being his Director/Manager when I joined Chartwells Higher Ed in January of 2023. He worked in my Starbucks store on campus as a Certified Barista. This Spring semester has been positively impacted by Aravind’s radiant personality and impeccable hospitality. His performance was consistently above the standard. He would never settle for less than giving it his best. He was one of the hardest working and most pleasant employees I’ve ever had the honor of serving. His bright smile lit up every room he entered. The manner in which he treated people with respect and grace was admirable. His resilience and dedication during his time at the firm are added advantages to his interest in learning new things. Since the inaugural kick-off of the club, the NTX-ISSA UTD Sub-chapter is currently the largest college level ISSA sub-chapter in the United States 1.
