As head of HR It was a pleasure working with Arash in Caterpillar.In his role as Service Department Manager he had a considerable amount of responsibilities, and he handled them effortlessly. He showed his skills to communicate effectively with both customers and his team members. Arash always took the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions.
