This was achieved as fraudsters were frequently trying to arrange payments from accounts claiming to be the customer and a lot of the time can be very convincing. However, I identified many of these very quickly with a system I created to spot them. This Involved a number of checks i would carry out on the customer’s account which proved very effective in stopping these fraudsters which could be up to £20,000 per call.• Gained a wealth of knowledge on finance and banking systems.
