  Posse was founded in 1989 because of one student who said, "I never would have dropped out of college if I'd had my Posse with me." Since then, Posse has sent more than 8,000 students in groups to college so they can support each other and help these institutions build more interactive campus environments. As program coordinator, I provide administrative support to the general office and oversee the logistical aspects of the recruitment process.
