This role involves further upskilling in Civil 3D and strengthening technical knowledge across Land Development aspects. The role developed to a Lead role for a secondment to Kāinga Ora where I took the initiative to lead an existing team of 3 for houses sites, and led the expansion of the Team to a total of 9 for 3 Level Walk Ups and Mixed Typologies to meet the Clients‘ goals of one new site per week. My key achievements include stepping up in a Team Lead role under Lean Project Management (Takt Time) delivery three months after the original Team was established to get the Team to an acceptable standard for the company, the Client, and the other Consultants, while also upskilling the Team's technical areas and in Civil 3d capabilities. This role required assisting on a gravel analysis on the Waitohu River using Mean Bed Level and volume analyses.
