Alignment of all the teams to their US/UK groups and has them report directly in to their global managers. • Continue to review staffing need to cover new large mandates out of India. • Regular review of operations procedure for SAS70 controls. • Key Member of senior management team for due diligence meetings with clients, prospects and investors. • Regular meetings with Directors, Associate Directors and senior Managers of operations and fund accounting teams to go over regular business update, groups planning for staff and client coverage • Work with HR as a senior member of India HR committee.
