I had the opportunity to work with Ariel first as my skip level manager and then as my direct manager at Techtronic Industries (TTI). Over the course of 1.5 years, she helped me grow through her guidance, understanding, and motivation in leading by example. In both instances Ariel continually invested in me helping to refine my business acumen skills, leadership, and finding my voice. Though she managed a large territory (entire Midwest), I still worked with her regularly 1-on-1 in the field and received valuable feedback. Through my time in working with Ariel I was promoted twice- a direct reflection of her dedication to push me to reach my full potential! Ariel led by example, motivated as she coached, and taught me how to do the same for a team of my own. I cannot recommend Ariel enough!
