My first year as project lead saw a 615% increase in event revenue;- Revamping of AMC sponsorship strategy providing extended value to our key sponsors and partners, doubling our sponsorship revenue by 2018;- Project lead implementing CRM platform to boost online sales, improve member relations, increase communications & collect insights. This platform has been instrumental in reducing overhead, improving member communication & gaining resource efficiencies;- Development and implementation of social media strategy, exceeding proposed campaign KPI’s within the first 3 months of launch;- Overhaul of all AMC digital and print publications providing improved communications vehicles to members, industry & government as well as generating innovative and unique opportunities to our advertisers. Resulted in an increase in engagement, brand awareness & increased ad sales in 2019; and- Development of new AMC knowledge event series providing valuable networking & educational opportunities to members across Canada while generating a new revenue stream for the organization;
