  Hi, thanks for checking out my profile. I am a Project Coordinator with 2 years experience in assisting in the coordination of traffic signal construction, Intelligent Transportation System, and highway signs and lighting projects and I maybe just a little obsessed with iced coffee. I work closely with the Operations Manager and CFO on coordinating projects. My job duties includes sending PO's, gathering information from our vendors, submitting the proper paper work for approval of materials used in the construction of traffic signal projects with Georgia Dept of Transportation (GDOT), as well as the Prime Contractors and different counties and municipalities across the state of Georgia that we work for. I coordinate all dig tickets for our projects and keep a spreadsheet with all active and inactive projects. This helps all our employees stay safe on the job sites and keeps utility companies and customers happy.I manage the day to day operations of our office by answering calls, preparing communications, writing and editing documents from letters to reports and instructional documents. I create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. I work closely with our HR Director in assisting her with admin duties as well as our Occupational Health Nurse.
