As a visual merchandising coordinator I was provided with the ability to work very closely with the companies regional visual merchandising manager. Together and with the contribution of my store visual manager we provided feedback on brand tracking of sales, growth, and impact for Sephora's Malibu location. Our feedback helped the store to come up with a brand line up that was carefully selected for the stores location and consumer. This helped to drive higher sales and traffic for the store, as well as improving overall client satisfaction. With limited space to work with we created a floor map that would effevtivley improve the look of the store, client experience, and raised quarterly and yearly sales.
