  I help pursue the mission of The Ellis School through fundraising efforts utilizing Raiser’s Edge NXT, Research Point, Foundation Center, and various other tools. As the Raiser's Edge database administrator, I create protocols including format and frequency of all entries, create training for system use for colleagues, serve as the primary maintainer of data, oversee all entries to check for accuracy and completeness, use moves management to effectively manage donors, create task reminders and inform appropriate parties as needed, and create and implement queries and reports that are utilized by the Development Department, Business Office, Marketing Department, and the Head of School. Additionally, I process all donations, reconcile all accounts with the Business Office, and produce and send all acknowledgments, pledge reminders, and tax letters. Routinely perform prospective research on constituents using Research Point, which I have integrated with Raiser's Edge. As the sole user of Research Point I am responsible for making sure all changes made in Research Point are effectively carried over to Raiser's Edge. As part of my constituent research I provide all bios, reports, and capacity ratings on individuals, foundations, and corporations for use by other solicitors and the Head of School. Based on my research and database management, I create and submit targeted grant proposals for specific projects and goals based on the School's needs and the donor's interests. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on fundraising, actions, donor retention, event return-on-investment, and others. Annually, I create an exponential growth curve for the next three years’ annual fund based off of the past 10 years’ annual fund results. I also produce all mailings, including direct mail solicitations, event invites, magazine mailings, reports, and more.
