  and Related Skills: I am the site security representative/ lead at the Navy ICA ID office. I oversee the office operations and three full time employees and one part time employee. As a lead I maintain correspondence files, and personnel records. I issue military ID cards, enroll dependents in DEERS, and DEERS updates using Rapids which involves reviewing documents for accuracy and format. I run weekly reports using Cognos and excel which involves proofreading work for other clerical personnel. I maintain calendars of appointments for customers and an office calendar for the employees. I provide Customer service in person, on the phone, and through e-mail as well as communicating with quality control and policy management.
