April and I partnered for various projects for 10+ years. April had the challenging task of managing our expectations within boundaries outside of her direct control. Our business leaders had an unlimited appetite for the systems that she managed, but there were reasonable limits on the resources, budgets, and underlying technology for implementation. April was always eager to provide solutions to our needs, but was also able to manage our expectations in a constructive and transparent way, and prioritized tasks so that the most critical items were addressed first. Most importantly, April was very resourceful and took true ownership of her product suite, and found ways to maximize implementation and execution without going over budget or outside of critical deadlines. April’s soft skills and positive attitude helped her earn the trust of our business leaders. I recommend April to any organization that values soft skills, ownership, and leadership as part of its core values or culture.

I reported directly to April from 2004-2013. April did an amazing job training and mentoring me. She helped me discover my hidden managerial skills. April has the ability to grow and develop employees. She was always patient and is able to handle any difficult situation. After 2013, April and I were peers and she always made herself available to coach me. Since our departments heavily relied on each other, we had a great working relationship. April's technical knowledge of ECM products and processes were exceptional for the organization. Without a doubt, April will do an amazing job in whatever task is presented before her.
