As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in the Enterprise Operations and Transformation Office, I lead cross-cutting teams to drive process improvements across JPL. In this role, I have worked as a project manager to implement a new software across multiple labs, led and mentored a team of Lean Six Sigma Green Belts to redesign the Lessons Learned process at JPL, and assisted as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt on a kaizen project to streamline the Commercial Airborne Services process between JPL and Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC). I also work as a Change Manager on multiple teams including a cross-cutting effort to improve the Supply Chain process from requisition to delivery. Additionally, I am a member of the team in charge of Lab-wide Change Management for a multi-year enterprise overhaul. In addition to these functions, I also assist in internal assessments to ensure compliance with the NASA Prime Contract, JPL directive documentation, and the AS9100 standard. Show less
