Very bubbly individual, with bags of energy. I was fortunate to really watch April grow in to the role from novice to a major asset to the company. If she was able to relocate at the time it would've been great to keep her with me. I know what ever she is doing now she makes a major contribution to the success of the team.

clients include local Small to Medium Enterprises, leading Blue Chip companies and major Public Services. We provide a local service, complimented with the infrastructure and capabilities of a national recruitment agency that enables us to offer bespoke, tailored staffing solutions. I started my role here as a temporaries controller, managing all existing candidates and building their profiles/CVs to work with our clients on an adhoc /fixed term basis. Meeting and interviewing candidates to evaluate their requirements/skills, essentially getting the candidates ready for interview, putting them forward for roles with new and existing clients. I ran payroll for all temporary workers, collecting time sheets, bank details for weekly payments, also working with clients to approve holiday and absence. I then progressed into a role working with permanent candidates; working to strict KPI’s, meeting with clients and bringing new candidates on board.

Main responsibilities - Recruiting meter reader representatives nationally and maintaining relationships with the contractors working on behalf of major energy suppliers such as British gas, EDF and Scottish power. On a daily basis I worked directly with Area coordinators within G4S, assisting with management of contractor’s hours, pay, monthly evaluations of any recruitment needs for the region, providing or organising venues for interviews and assistance with all interviews. On a monthly basis I traveled to different regions to meet with area coordinators and discuss strategies to improve recruitment and upcoming projects. As we were competing with another agency until December 2012 to recruit for the client, the role required quick results, organisation at all times and client relations at high standard.Due to personal circumstances I had to leave this position as I moved to Dublin, Ireland.

Recruiting Security Managers for the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games. This is a large scale project and work in a team of ten resource officers, with a target of 2107 candidates by end of April 2012.On a daily basis we would have to place advertisements, use social networks to promote positions, use the G4S career database to place 10 candidates per day, as the project progressed the target was then re-analysed and the target increased to 12 candidates per day. Booking 12 candidates per day for assessments, sending all documents via email or to residential homes, ensuring the candidate has full assistance throughout the recruitment process, this requires excellent communication skills and administration skills. We also completed 5 registrations per day in which we took all personal details form the candidate, created an in-depth file and stored on the database for future reference, creating more business for future roles.I then moved into the account co-ordinator role, above.
