FEA Engineer

RESEARCH AND DEVLOPEMENT- Conducted Simulation & analyzed various structures at there development stage, majorly focused on deformations due to external and internal loading, Natural Frequencies, FRA and Vibrations.- Assisted team while developing and transferring various real time testing facility onto virtual simulation platform on various software platform.- Major achievement includes, simulating and analyzing Copper piping of ODU of AC and coordinating and suggesting team for redesigning respective components, one of the important projects includes - FTKM50UV16U 1.5 TR - 5 Star AC inverter Split Air Conditioner which was awarded appliance of the year 2022 by Ministry of Power by Hon'ble President of India under category of Air conditioners as most energy efficient air conditioner with patented Swing air conditioner having ISEER 5.2.- Thereafter also assisted team in project related to cost optimization of the existing component with help of FEA, as an important agenda for the year Post- Covid era under self reliant India (Atamnirbhar Bharat).- Conducted Important research and study activity as part of Young Innovation Development Team, under which initiated a study to develop an unconventional air conditioning unit with an agenda of zero emission in the environment, w.r.t which conducted various literature survey, regular testing and reporting directly to Japanese delegates along with a team of extremely skilled & young engineers.- Along with day to day activity, I have also been part of Patent Filing Team at R&D where I have actively constructed proposal for Patent Filing, and drafting Patent for various new projects.- Major learning include - Literature Survey, Analyzing Data, Conducting Testing and Preparing Test Reports, Drafting Patent and Research Papers, Had an opportunity to have intensive training sessions directly with Altair India FEA Experts as well as ANSYS Experts majorly focused on basics of Structural and Static simulations. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT- As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, had opportunity to understand and learn basics of R&D Industry.- Exposed to various testing facility at Lab, which is quite vital at developing stage any air-conditioning unit.- Had opportunity to work under various departments at R&D, along with various Japanese technical leaders.-Key responsibility included Managing ERP System along with maintaining Electronic Bill of materials for all major products , enhancing and improving core development cycle, Process Management, was active member of ISO 9001:2015 QMS internal and External Auditing Team, Managing Trainings and Skill Matrixes, had been active member of Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) study at R&D and completed task related to various other day to day activities.- Major achievement During the tenure included , I have single handedly designed, developed and established Electronic Drawing Distribution method at Daikin R&D, which has reduced consumption of paper for almost negligible creating it a environment friendly as well as sustainable process in a long run, with '0' - Zero Investment, saving almost 5 Million INR every year to R&D Centre.- Major learning included managing teams and work, maintaining relations with various departments, negotiations, cost optimization and Project Management.- Important Skill addition during tenure included learning basics of various FEA software i.e. Ansys Mechanical Workbench, Altair-Hypermesh, Altair-Hyperworks , Nastaran.
