  On this position, I take charge of Teen's Course implementation, including the scale of students, classes number, and the performance of 5 centers in Jinan, Zibo and Weifang. At the beginning, I have trainings to teachers and sales cousultants. At the later period, I have to take the business trip to every center to talk with them and know the difficulties they are suffering and give solutions to make sure the pomotion of the new course.

  During this period, I'm in charge of both Chinese tutors' and ESLs' teachers work and have meeting, carry out decisions with them to meet our aims. Have interviews with the tutor and ESL candidates to complete our team. Also I have to adjust the course we have to meet students demands. Besides management, I also carry out some encouraging study-activities to motive students learning and at the meanwhile rechieve the key datas.

  I teach students oral english and grammar. Students aged from around 10 to 50, most of them are adults. Besides teaching, I also have my own students group and I have to manage their study in Web to help them achieve their goals.
