  During my time at Postal Center International i learned many things such as professionalism, teamwork, time management and organization skills. Employees without professionalism lack work experience that aids them in adjusting to expectations of a workplace regardless of their education and skills. Work experience gives employees the confidants, and ability to resolve issues that may arise in the workplace teaching them the value of working as a team. Employees are exposed to team members with different backgrounds, perspectives and thinking styles which encourages others to listen and compromise thus allowing the workplace to operate smoothly.
