  I dealt with big scale projects and work with Agile methodologies and principles. The first month I was trained in all Agile methodologies, many of which IBM defined/established. The second month was all about testing and repeating Agile methodologies. I basically ate Agile with bread for the first 2 months. Was responsible for fixing and modernizing over 6 internal IBM platforms. This involved a lot of javascript and old libraries which didn't have support from the developers community. This meant that often it was a very difficult task to solve some bugs.
