Anya is an energetic, friendly, and effective organizer, and it was a pleasure to work alongside her. Anya took great initiative coming into a poorly defined situation in which uncertainty would’ve been disastrous. She formed relationships constantly with those around her and effectively developed the skills of our volunteer leaders. I especially appreciate that she could deliver the high energy and cheers to psych up our volunteers during actions, as that’s something I struggle with. She’s already done wonderful things given her age, and I expect to see a lot of great things from her as she continues to gain experience.
