  Retrieve bank statements from CA/US accounts. Match payments to statements and enter data in accounting software. Match the payments with the correct invoices, apply early pay discounts where necessary, reconcile payments against outstanding invoices, credit notes made and applied, deposit checks through our remote check deposit machine. Verify all payments received and entered by comparing the G/L listing and month’s bank statement.Research and dispute any deductions taken to retrieve as much as possible back with the major retailers through their different platforms within their own compliance rules.
