  Have been assigned the role in Installation team. The correspondence includes direct communication with the client. Coordinating with project engineers with their respective projects (area wise). Taking action on the same by coordinating with Managers and Seniors. Preparing forecast sheet wherein monthly targets are given by the engineers for upcoming month. Discussing the same with MD.  Attending MRM (monthly review meeting) for Installation team and preparing MOM.  Attending Weekly SIP meeting (sales & installation process) and preparing MOM.  Attending fortnightly meeting with the Manager, engineers in presences of the Director.  Preparing of Contractor Bills & Work Orders. Coordinating with Site Supervisors, Preparing Minutes, Sending DCR, FTR’s, Challans and aother backoffice related work. Letters: • Payment request letters to the customers. • Authorization Letters for collection Cheques from the Client. • Authorization Letters for removing, returning of materials from site. • Request Letters for Gate Pass.
