Initiative of Change is a worldwide movement of people who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behavior, starting with our own. Volunteer 1. Plan, organize, and facilitate story-sharing circles to engage individuals in exploring their own and society's "damaging narratives," which influence how we relate to the so-called "öthers" (based on conversation - Guide: Advocating for a new story of our shared humanity). 2) Organize and support the team in varied roles to running Life Matters workshops twice a year. The workshops give participants the tools and drive to make positive changes in their lives by examining identity, responsibility, accountability, trust, reconciliation, relationships, conflict resolution, and forgiveness. 3) Evaluate and analyze the content and flow of the existing Life Matter program to identify opportunities for improvement. 4) Collaborate in creating content, improvising, presenting, and performing skits on themes of reconciliation and trust building at various IoFC workshops/ events. 5) Invited as a Guest/Panel speaker at various IoFC events to share on the theme of identitiy, change makers, forgiveness and Love. Asia Pacific Committee Member (APCG) (2021-2025) - Provide servant leadership for IofC work in the Asia Pacific region. Interacted and shared our idea with a diverse range of audience at the exhibit. Achievement - The Drop was selected as a finalist at the TED next visionary competition.
