Multiple Waterfront Projects, Dubai - Redevelopment of 10km of Dubai’s beachfronts • Involved in the project from site analysis to detailed design phase and played a key role in delivering high quality design, CAD packages and reports • Organized site visits to study existing conditions, views, urban context and identify potential areas of development • Designed 1.2km stretch of waterfront in prime residential area with key consideration for resident’s privacy and views • Compiled 300-page concept and preliminary design reports with inputs from 6 stakeholders.
