      I coached children anywhere from the ages of 4-16 year olds in principles of swimming and techniques to be successful as they trained for swim teams across the Des Moines metro in the program "Aquatics in Action".I was given the oppurtunity to volunteer since I had prior experience in swim team and the class and had worked closely with the head coach and I took the offer to continue as a volunteer rather than a paid employee.
