  Made need assessments for monitoring and evaluation of the programmatic strategy and development of WFA’s grantee partners; responsible for documenting the organisation’s work i.e. preparing reports, case studies etc. Assissted in the streamlining process of WFA’s Legal Fellowship Programme, which was still in its nascent state at the time-a journey I very much wanted to be a part of and learn from. I coordinated with the fellows, documenting their progress in their activism on women's access to justice, with a special focus on cases of Violence Against Women. I was also responsible for collating data and conducting personal interviews with each of the fellows to form a demographic map highlighting the commonalities and differences in the legal processes in the concerned south Asian countries of Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan & Sri Lanka.
