I managed Anusha's data visualization fellowship at Hatch Innovation from April (2017) through to the end of June (2017). She is eager to learn, and takes initiative to solve problems that don’t have clear solutions. She is quite adept with D3 and Tableau, and created impressive prototypes very quickly. More importantly, she was able to troubleshoot issues and design solutions pertaining to Linux and MySQL data pipelines so that everything works smoothly. She is great to work with: keeps calm under pressure, takes deadlines seriously, and communicates effectively.

Anusha worked as an intern during summer 2012 and she did a great job. She was tasked to make a SoapUI project to test the functionality of system management tool (Dell Management Plugin for VMware). Her approach towards the task was very systematic and professional. It is very important to know about the resources that are available to within your team and how to use them. She did a great job in using those resources and finished her project on time with proper documentation. I think she can be a valuable resource for any team she works in and I wish her all the best for all goals.
